Founded by Ana, a mom who turned her passion for slow-fermented sourdough into a local bakery, Lulo Bakery offers eight sourdough varieties: Original, Buttery, Chocolate Chips, Everything Bagel, Cheesy, Jalapeño Cheese, Garlic Parmesan, and Multigrain. Each loaf weighing approximately 900 grams is made by hand using a sourdough starter, with no commercial yeast, preservatives, or additives. The bread is slow-fermented to develop deep flavor and a crackling crust with an open crumb.
